Chad Polstra

I have extensive experience running Joomla! CMS based websites (both 1.0-1.5). Among these websites I did several instances of both detailed written (with screen captures) & video documentation (using the newest versions of camtasia). I would consider myself advanced in graphic design and have an eye for what looks good and what doesn't. I have taken a course over the SDLC project management model by Harvard professor Dr. Jeffery S. Harper. Along with this course Dr. Harper also went 60/40 on a business plan with myself and Brian St. John to design and produce home theater pcs to the public in which we received a seat for 100,000 dollars in grants from Indiana State University with a co-founded company called Honyat Technologies (no longer exists). Other than HTPCs, we also developed Joomla! CMS electronic based resumes for students, VOIP products and services, and Home Automation.

More recently I have had the pleasure of being responsible for a custom built CMS for more than 200 foot solutions local store pages, several blogs, micro-sites, the foot solutions e-commerce site (including UNITEU & Retail Backbone), the foot solutions website which provides over 100 pages of documented foot health information, the new international development websites based in Ruby On Rails: Radient, the foot solutions Pay-Per-Click and Anaytlic campaigns (handling over 50 individual profiles), constant contact e-mail marketing campaigns, minor graphical changes, and strategic planning for all of these responsibilities with fellow workers in the Foot Solutions marketing department.
